To me: healing and self care is connecting each part of ourselves by integrating our minds, bodies and souls to create a state of equilibrium and homeostasis

Polarities exist in all wakes of life; Eg: hot vs cold, winter vs summer, anger vs calm etc, I don’t believe extremes are sustainable in the long term and feel strongly about promoting a sense of balance where healing is concer
